At NIKOLATOY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
